All Delic merchandise is printed upon being ordered. Therefore, we cannot accept returns due to size issues or buyer's remorse. Please ask us any questions you may have – we are here to help! Any issues with misprinted/damaged/defective items must be relayed to our team via [email protected] 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to [email protected] no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will return to our print on demand facility. You will then be liable for reshipment costs. Any items returned to our facility and unclaimed after 3 weeks will be donated to charity.
